Peter Lugthart

I'm a 4th-year PhD candidate in Applied Economics at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. My research is in the fields of environmental economics and public finance, with a focus on transportation. 

I am advised by Arthur van Benthem, Susanna Berkouwer, and Ben Lockwood. 

Prior to graduate school, I worked as a research assistant at the Global Poverty Research Lab at Northwestern University and received B.A. degrees in Economics and in Biology from Williams College.
